HRCGroup provides newsletters using Constant Contact to keep our customers informed about opportunities and Internet challenges from within the HRC family of web sites.

Newsletter Schedule:
The HRCGroup Newsletter is published once a month. It is scheduled for the 1^st Tuesday of each month, unless the 1^st Tuesday is the first day of the month and then the HRC Newsletter goes out on the 1^st Thursday of the month.

Additional eMails:
HRCGroup also sends unscheduled emails to our subscribers when we feel that certain situations arise that need to be addressed immediately. We try to keep these to a bare minimum, mindful of The Boy Who Cried Wolf.

Webinars:
Once a month HRCGroup provides a Webinar about different aspects of web site creation, publishing, promotion and marketing. These combine current studies and testing with more that thirty years of online experience.

This webinar is a necessary look at web sites from the ground up. From your domain name to why your vistors are effected by your site design, colors and speed. If you want your web site to be a business tool you need to understand this data. A pretty web site doesn't mean it will be effective ... your designer needs to understand this as well.

HRCGroup uses DimDim for our online Educational Webinars. You need to have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. Download and install Adobe Flash Player. Uncheck the "also install Google Toolbar". Unless you want the Google Toolbar.

You can access the webinar audio three ways:

You can use a 1) headset or your 2) computer speakers to listen to the audio portion of the webinar.

3) To listen and participate in the audio portion you need to use a microphone from your headset or a phone to call into the phone number provided on the DimDim webinar screen. Depending on your phone service, long distance charges may apply.

Note: Your cell phone service may provide "free" long distance / free air-time service on weekends (this is why we moved our webinars from Thursday night to Saturday morning).

In addition you can use Vonage or MagicJack for calling with no long distance charges.
